Credit card payment

The payment form for our certified payment service provider Unzer will open in a separate browser tab.

Payment information

You will find your invoice number on your order confirmation / invoice.
If you enter your e-mail address, you will receive a receipt after successful payment.
All payment deadlines are listed on your invoice. You will not receive any reminders from us for outstanding payments.

Payment Security

The security of online credit card payments is very important to us. Your details are entered directly by our certified payment service provider, Unzer. The encrypted SSL connection guarantees maximum security when transferring your card details.

During each payment process, only the data required for the payment is transmitted. We do not have access to your payment details!

3-D Secure

3-D Secure makes online card payments even safer. You are authenticated as the cardholder by entering a TAN or a second security code known only to you and your bank or card-issuing organisation.

If your credit card has not yet been registered for this procedure, please contact your card issuer.

Card Verification Number (CVN)

Your Card Verification Number (CVN) can be found on the back of your card within the signature field; the last three digits are the CVN.

Note on travel insurance

Travel insurance is included with many credit cards, but it is advisable to find out exactly what benefits are offered as well as the level of cover, which can vary greatly depending on the provider. In most cases, travel cover is also subject to the condition that the trip was paid for with the credit card and/or that the card has been used in the last two to three months – an important consideration, especially if you book your trip early.

Bank transfer

If you wish to pay your invoice by bank transfer, you can use either of our bank details: one in Austria (for payments from within the eurozone) and one in Germany (for payments from outside the eurozone).
