Arrival in X days - your path to a PEDALO booking confirmation
The early bird catches the worm!
If you choose your dream destination well in advance and confirm your booking, you can enjoy a perfectly organised cycling holiday without having to worry about missing out on hotel rooms or a seat on the transfer bus.
If planning a holiday well in advance isn't really an option for you, you can still book PEDALO cycling holidays at relatively short notice. However, please note that 'at short notice' does not mean setting off tomorrow - although we understand your excitement! Bear in mind that a number of organisational steps are required between your enquiry (via the website booking form, by email or by phone) and our confirmation of the booking:
- We need to check availability at the various hotels along your route.
- If our partner accommodation providers are already fully booked on your preferred dates, we will look for a suitable alternative for you.
- If you would like to hire a bike, we will need to transport the model you require in the correct size to your starting point in time for your tour.
- Precise planning is also required in advance to ensure that logistics (luggage transport and any transfers) run smoothly.
You should normally allow at least five working days for this process!
PEDALO Cycling Holidays for Last-Minute Bookers
If you need to book even more quickly, you should opt for a location-based tour with just one accommodation or a PEDALO Original holiday, where the entire booking process is handled by PEDALO staff and is independent of external partner companies. If everything goes smoothly, with no bottlenecks or other obstacles, you may even be able to book these trips as late as three working days before your desired arrival date.
Feel free to enquire about the options - preferably by phone. If it becomes apparent from your enquiry that we will not be able to process your booking quickly enough, we will of course let you know straight away.

You really shouldn't wait too long when it comes to bike-and-boat holidays or guided group tours. For these trips, the number of participants and places on board are limited and usually in high demand, so they often sell out quickly.
